A modern, urban-style restaurant in the heart of the city, whose main goal is to pleasantly surprise its guests. Diners are invited to enjoy an authentic culinary journey that begins in La Fresquera, where the restaurant proudly displays its ingredients — at least 90% of them sourced from Aragón. The experience continues with a few appetizers in the R&D kitchen, which features a chef’s table that also serves as a private dining room, and concludes upstairs in the main dining area, where a bar in front of the open kitchen offers a glimpse of the finishing touches. On offer are three creative tasting menus — Gran Menú, Festival, and Evolución — celebrating what they call ‘Aragonese geographical cuisine.’ The chosen menu, always a surprise, must be selected when making your reservation.
