This interesting new restaurant in the historic heart of Mantova takes its name from a phrase in local dialect with translates as “sour” sugar. The cuisine here is regional yet modern, served in an informal dining room where traditional Mantuan sayings are written on the ceilings. For some months now, the restaurant has also offered an interesting caviar menu.
