The terrace of this inviting restaurant is the best place to experience the charm of Hus Wines estate to the full. The sight of the vines and olive trees has an immediate calming effect. Pressed on site, the wines pair beautifully with the revamped Mediterranean dishes that are made to order here. Having started with the addictive house-made focaccia, for example, you could move on to the perfectly cooked medium-rare lamb saddle seasoned with rosemary. Vanilla, isot pepper and a bold zesty cherry sauce elevate the dish's rich flavours. Finish off with a Turkish coffee for a final burst of intensity!
