Situated in a residential district of chalets on the outskirts of Tarancón, this bright, charming restaurant is striking for its classic-contemporary decor which boasts numerous tasteful details and a predominantly white colour scheme. La Martina features an attractive dining room with a fireplace at one end, plus the Salón de Cristal, a pleasant glass-fronted porch. The cuisine has its roots in the region, reinterpreting the specialities of La Mancha through modern techniques and presentation.
