MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The laid-back luxury of the Greek islands has arrived, thanks to this vast beauty that has stolen the hearts of all and sundry. Imagine breezy elegance mingled in with clean, fresh and classic flavors from the Aegean and you’ll start to get the drift. Pull up a chair and you'll be met with a welcoming trio of olives, radishes and hummus to snack on while perusing the menu. Greek salad keeps its promise of crunch and punch, while mussels steamed with ouzo and finished with tart feta are spot on. As expected, fish is a focal point, both on the menu and in the dining room, where they are on display over ice. Crudo is great, but should you prefer your food cooked, go for items offered by the pound-be mindful though as these prices can creep up on you.
