For Chef Daniel Humm, Eleven Madison Park is magical. Originally the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower built in 1854, the Art Deco structure remains and continues to be a source of inspiration for the Swiss-born chef. In our latest installment of In the Kitchen With, Chef Humm takes us on a tour of the Three MICHELIN Star spot located a stone's throw from Madison Square Park in the Flatiron district. He also details what a day is like running one of Manhattan's most-coveted tables. Above, get to know Chef Humm and enter a universe where art, fashion, and gastronomy converge on and off the plate.
