Highlights of the 5- and 6-course menus include beautiful East-meets-West offerings such as foise gras and cocoa terrine with caramelized shitake, tuna tataki with ponzu jelly, and Mediterranean seabass with yuzu mouselline.
Stars of the Elements Matsu menu include Tartare of Botan Ebi, Hokkaido Scallops topped with Foie Gras, Tarabata crab risotto a la Japonaise with egg, nori and sea urchin butter, a dish of succulent Hokkaido Kozatsu beef with charred turnip, smoked eggplant and panisses, and an intriguing dessert of white miso ice cream with nyangbo chocolate.
The dishes on all three menus are based on a unique blend of French, Japanese and local ingredients. In the kitchen this produce allows us to craft flavour and texture combinations that can only be found at Elements, inimitable dishes that reflect the hotels Japanese heritage in a uniquely creative way.

Here's what our Inspectors said about Elements restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok
With impressive city views from its terrace, this restaurant on the 25th floor of the hotel is an ideal spot for a date. Inside, the décor is chic and it's all centred around an open kitchen with oversized industrial light fittings and walls made with charcoal - one of the 'elements'. The modern cuisine creatively fuses the best of French and Japanese dishes, and there is a set menu that offers a varied selection.
