Considered the jewel in the crown of the Imperial Treasure group, this restaurant specialises in Peking duck and is divided into three rooms, with the main one largely kept for bigger parties. After roasting, the whole duck is sliced at the table with a fair degree of ceremony; the skin is crisp and the meat succulent. Don't ignore other dishes like poached Soou Hock fish fillet with chicken broth, and crispy rice roll for lunchtime dim sum. Booking is a must.
