Lobster jeotgal and chamoe dongchimi are fine examples of Chef Cho's imagination. Milmyeon and dweji-gukbap deliver the robust flavors of Korean cuisine, elevated by the chef’s unique interpretation. The space draws inspiration from tree rings and the ceiling, which resembles a mountain, adds to the airy feel.
