Located along Grand Hyatt Seoul’s gourmet alley 322 Sowol-ro, Teppan is a restaurant where everything on the menu is cooked on an iron griddle — even appetizers and desserts. Food is prepared by chefs in front of the guests on flat-surface grills behind the bar counter. Diners can also gaze out at the scenic view of Namsan Mountain through the restaurant’s wide windows while enjoying their meal. The menu offers plenty of fresh seafood and meats as well as spectacular fire shows.
