Scan the QR code you received when you reserved and enter this speakeasy restaurant, an intimate, nightclub-like space with trendy music playing in the background. Peter Gast's cuisine is detailed and inventive, at times even complex. This chef likes to play with tangy and sweet-and-sour nuances. For example, he combines melon and red/yellow beetroot with a zesty herb vinaigrette and various edible flowers. The mysterious Graphite is a world unto itself.
