Look beyond the marble pillars and admire the sparkling Bosphorus. Ottoman culinary tradition goes hand in hand with the customs of haute cuisine. Chef Emre Inanir puts his own spin on classic flavours. For instance, grilled beef liver is paired with crispy börek, deliciously unctuous on the inside, and an onion compote seasoned with sumac.
