The rooftop of the upscale St Regis Hotel is the place to soak up those hip Istanbul vibes. Sip a delicious cocktail on the terrace that affords sublime views of the city (such romantic sunsets!), sit at the long bar or simply enjoy the lounge music and modern luxury that surrounds you. The kitchen is overseen by Wolfgang Puck, who creates a unique blend of Italian, Californian and Asian influences. Expect sophisticated flavours and techniques, home cooking and international panache. Be sure to try the smoked salmon pizza, as well as the duck spring rolls with their spicy hoisin sauce and sweet plum sauce.
