Start your meal with the içli köfte, a house speciality combining a creamy yoghurt sauce with a steamed bun stuffed with highly aromatic lamb. And be sure to sample the other mezze, such as the imam bayildi: stuffed aubergine with a subtle smoky flavour, caramelised onion and candied red pepper. The main courses featuring various cuts of lamb are to die for. This contemporary restaurant not far from Vadistanbul Shopping Mall is a celebration of Anatolian culinary heritage.
