Famed local chef Somer Sivrioğlu has assembled a talented team at Efendy, a vibrant restaurant with a warm Oriental ambiance. At this restaurant, traditional Anatolian cuisine is reimagined with a modern twist. Ancient techniques, such as cooking over an open fire, are combined with fresh ideas to create exciting dishes.
