As you might expect, the menu proposes tapas (pimientos, tacos de pollo, croquetas de chorizo) to whet the appetite, followed by sea bass ceviche with roasted apricot, red onion and dill, then octopus accompanied by chimichurri sauce and aubergine caviar infused with coconut milk.
