Host couple Yvonne Marx and Sascha Meyer have reimagined their place as a brasserie, serving tried-and-tested regional specialities such as capuns (chard rolls) or quark pizokels (buckwheat spaetzle), plus brasserie classics like moules frites or beef bourguignon.
