Situated within the Botania resort with its 4 hectares of grounds extending down to the sea, Il Mirto is a vegetarian and vegan restaurant which serves two special tasting menus. Careful attention is paid to zero-mile produce, with all the fruit and vegetables grown in the property’s own organic kitchen garden, lovingly cultivated by the young, talented chef. Elegant and pleasantly relaxed atmosphere.

"A large organic vegetable garden on the hotel grounds is a wonderful cornucopia on which the menu of this vegetarian and vegan restaurant draws heavily. Plastic free since it opened for business and running a zero-waste kitchen, Il Mirto has banned all plastic bottles… to the extent that every employee has their own personal water bottle."
