This beautiful building, the origins of which date back to the 16C, is run with dedication by Dominique and Gerald Bergue-Hunziker. Classic and international dishes are served in an elegant setting – the coffered ceiling is striking. In the evening, there is a choice of two set menus (one of which is vegetarian), each comprising three to six courses, and an à la carte menu. At lunchtime there is a shorter menu including a reasonably priced set menu. You can also relax in the cigar lounge or the pretty salons. Cosy and charming guestrooms are available in the hotel of the same name.
