The Ibarboure family hotel also has this pleasant bistro, which is independent of the gourmet restaurant. The chef creates meticulous, delicate and flavoursome food in a refined setting. Basque ingredients dominate the menu, as you might expect, but not to the exclusion of exotic dishes. The team is young and friendly, the prices remain reasonable. A real treat.
