Pantruche was a 19C slang term for Paris... an apt name for this bistro whose chic vintage décor happily nurtures a 1940s-1950s vibe. As for the food, the chef and his small team put together tasty seasonal dishes in keeping with today’s bistronomic trend. Examples include a light, fluffy, velvety Grand Marnier soufflé, worthy of any fine dining establishment. A bright red awning offers shelter to a few tables on the pavement in typical Parisian fashion. As well as resolutely authentic, this restaurant offers eater-friendly prices.
