Situated in a pedestrianised area in the centre of Asiago, this small restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel Europa has just five tables and is certain to attract food-lovers thanks to its exquisite cuisine. Now with a new chef at the helm, Stube Gourmet continues to delight guests who are lucky enough to dine here. Classic traditional cuisine based on carefully selected local ingredients with a keen eye for what’s in season provides the foundation for this chef’s dishes. There’s also an excellent wine list that continues to expand, plus a wine shop on the street outside.
