The focus here is on Portuguese cooking that features fresh ingredients sourced daily from its own garden or from local producers. This is showcased on a single 5-“moment” tasting menu or the à la carte, which includes fish starters such as smoked eel on a delicate potato foam, and main courses such as sea turbot with creamy rice, and Iberian pork “presa” with a smooth smoked celery purée.
