What a magnificent location! Set in the beautiful Groenendaal forest, this former coach house exudes luxury and boasts a terrace that is among the loveliest in the region. The chef likes to draw on the finest ingredients when devising his set menus (one of which is vegetarian). Diners can therefore indulge in a rich terrine of foie gras as well as a carrot dish prepared with miso, pumpkin and yellow curry. This fresh and unfussy take on authentic flavours never disappoints.
