MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

From Mr Yang's first shop in Taiwan in 1958 grew a multinational chain with branches in all major Asian cities. It's famous for good service, competitive prices and listening to its customer's feedback, but mostly for its Xiao Long Bao made on the spot. Taiwanese chefs visit regularly to ensure the quality is maintained. Even the vinegar, free of artificial colours and preservatives, is shipped from Taiwan. Expect long queues at peak hours.
