After a successful years-long stint at Ahlmanns in Kiel, Mathias Apelt and his partner Britta Künzl have set up their own cool urban restaurant with an open kitchen and chef's table. The cooking is modern, with an emphasis on regional ingredients from selected producers. The view of the Kiel Fjord is beautiful, especially from the terrace.
