The elegant restaurant of Hotel Balm has a classical feel when it comes to both the service and Beat Stofer's cuisine – this is unpretentious fare made with excellent ingredients. Diners can opt for a tasting menu with four to five courses or order à la carte. There is also a well-curated wine list. In good weather, the terrace is a fabulous spot from which to enjoy the mountain views. This place is always busy, so be sure to book well in advance! Cheerful guestrooms are available for overnight stays.
