This restaurant is more than just the gastronomic showcase of the renowned PortoBay group. Here, the stars of the show are the vegetables and plants used to create its healthy and well-balanced dishes. Ingredients are sourced from its own kitchen-garden (“horta” in Portuguese) or from growers around the island.
