Instead, this kitchen ramps up known classics by riffing on tradition. Need proof? Look no further than the kale nachos or meatloaf elevated with a hint of sriracha and morel mushroom gravy. Even waistline watchers won't be able to say no to those hearty chicken pot pie poppers.
