This urban Korean eatery on the doorstep of the Châtelain district never fails to deliver. The locals flock here at lunchtime to polish off a main course or take their time over a more leisurely meal with a glass of wine. Pajeon is one of its star dishes: a crisp pancake filled with meat or fish flanked by a sweet vinaigrette and a spicy chili sauce. This dish symbolises the delicate balance between sweet, sour and spicy notes achieved by the chef, further underscored by a playful melody of varied textures. The epitome of authentic Korean nosh!
