This timeless restaurant is a mythical establishment, where the Goncourt Prize has been awarded since 1914 and the Renaudot Prize since 1926! More recently, still very much alive and kicking, it has found itself with a new decor and a new chef: Romain Van Thienen. With a skillset honed in the kitchens of Cyril Lignac and Yannick Alléno's Allénotheque, he is continuing in the establishment's tradition, preparing the great French classics, from vol-au-vent and sole meunière to the famous "madeleine de Proust".
