Having made a name for himself at some renowned establishments (L’Arpège, Agapé Substance), David Toutain has opened his own restaurant. All this experience is channelled into his cooking. The chef's commitment
Nature is our main source of inspiration. We design our cuisine according to the seasons and we collaborate with smallholdings or craftsmen with an environmentally friendly approach. Our orders are made according to future bookings in order to minimise waste. We are keen to share with all team members the good practices to continue to be implemented.
