The chef's commitment
Just 500m from the restaurant, we have set up a permaculture garden with over 350 varieties of herbs, plants, vegetables and fruit, including some that are really rare. The greenhouse means production is guaranteed from mid-February to late December. Composting and recycling are part of our daily routine, our hens provide some of our eggs, and our honey comes from our own beehives.
