MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This friendly restaurant on the shore of Lake Geneva serves unfussy, delicious dishes such as rice pilaf fricassee and fresh fish from the lake. Chef Jérôme Manifacier, who held a Michelin star for many years at his previous restaurant, Vertig'O in Geneva, really knows his trade. His motto – "Take your time".
