By bringing its flagship event to a different region for the fourth year running, The Guide continues to celebrate the richness and uniqueness of France's gastronomic landscape, and to showcase some of its key players. On Monday March 31, 2025, The MICHELIN Guide will hold its French Ceremony in the heart of the Moselle department, in the city of Metz.
All the chefs at the helm of France's Starred restaurants, along with industry professionals and local, national, and international media, will be invited to discover and celebrate the new Stars, as well as The MICHELIN Guide's Special Awards. The event will also be broadcast live on The MICHELIN Guide's social media channels!
In addition to the upcoming ceremony, the Grand Est Region, the Moselle Department, and the Metz Eurometropolis have put together a full program of events to enable food lovers to explore the local area's culinary heritage and celebrate its talents, from restaurateurs and artisan producers, to hotel and catering students.

The France 2025 selection will be unveiled on Monday March 31 in Moselle, at the Metz Convention Center Robert Schuman.The event will be broadcast live on The MICHELIN Guide YouTube and Facebook channels.
The Grand Est Region, the Moselle Department, and the Metz Eurometropolis will also be celebrating the event with dedicated festivities.
