Seating options include a lovely conservatory and a terrace overlooking the River IJssel – the perfect place from which to take in the city's skyline. Dutch produce tends to take pride of place in the dishes, with short supply chains being a priority. The young chef showcases his sophisticated and nuanced take on modern French cuisine, which puts the emphasis on vegetables. Think duck leg served with a jus enhanced with five spices and the earthy sweetness of pumpkin. Surprisingly distinctive!
