Housed in the historic, recently renovated LUGANODANTE hotel, this restaurant serves excellent contemporary cuisine, with a simple menu at lunchtime and more elaborate fare in the evenings (tasting menus and à la carte), including carefully selected Swiss meat, herbs and salads from their own organic kitchen garden. There’s also a mixology bar which, in addition to unique cocktails (made from their own home-grown or locally sourced ingredients), offers an array of beers, fruit juices and home-made chocolates.
