This attractive retro-style restaurant serves modern cuisine with a focus on meat dishes, with pride of place given to Piedmontese Fassona beef sourced from the famous Martini di Boves butcher’s. Featuring beef battuta (a type of tartare) and various grilled beef options, the choice is perhaps limited but always delicious. Make sure you leave room for the beautifully presented Persi Pien dessert.
