The scenic hillside drive to the restaurant is itself quite an experience. Architectural grandeur and sweeping mountain views will have you in awe before you even try the food. The large menu includes modernised Jiangzhe classics, the freshest catch from the East China Sea and artisanal Huaiyang favourites, all impeccably made. Try the crispy-skin free-range chicken with aromatic garlic. Irresistible hand-made dim sum at lunchtime.
