Accessible by a private lift, the magic of this 125m-high dining room instantly bewitches the diner, who is further captivated by the high-flying cuisine. Blue-ribbon produce, delicate, perfectly judged cooking and a knockout wine list – every detail has been puzzled and pondered over. For example, naturally cooked cod, spicy jus, fried garlic and fresh coriander or lamb in an aniseed flavoured jus. When booking ask for one of the tables near the windows, as the view over Paris through the tower’s iron fretwork is nothing short of spectacular.
