The result is one part industrial and one part classic, and the rooms, from the cozy singles to the junior suites, benefit from the lively contrast. As do the public spaces — especially the restaurants, the Michelin-starred Ola and the more casual Bodega de Ola, both overseen by the highly regarded (and highly decorated) Basque chef Martín Berasategui.
