Could there be a more fascinating backdrop for Andreas Caminada's culinary magic than a magnificent manor house that harmoniously combines history and modern design? In all its creativity and finesse, the cuisine draws almost exclusively on what the Graubünden region has to offer – some ingredients are produced on site. The standards, style and sense of individuality also extend to the guestrooms.
