                        This restaurant enjoys a lovely quiet location in the castle grounds. Inside the bright, high-ceilinged space, modern design meets warm wood; outside, there is a delightful terrace. A charming team provides competent service. They serve regional cuisine, in which seasonal ingredients sourced from select local producers go into extremely flavoursome dishes – the produce steals the show! Andreas Caminada's take on Grisons classics can also be found on the menu. Be sure to try his quark bizochels, for example. Tip: You can buy bread baked in the on-site bakery and other goods in their shop next door.
