The Bologna-born chef here enhances the à la carte offering with two extensive set menus (Identidad and Il Boccocino). Don’t miss the unusual Plin & Oro (which takes its name from the finger-pinch technique used to close the pasta) or the Tonno Vitellato, a revised version of a classic dish in which veal is substituted with red tuna.
