MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This centre began life in 1935 and has become one of the most iconic hawker centres in the city. Most typical dishes can be found here, including Rojak, banana fritter and popiah. Some celebrity chefs such as Gordon Ramsay have been known to visit its stalls. A clean and tidy stall with just three kinds of food. The popiah with egg, vermicelli and bean sprouts is very appealing.
