In the Brattøra waterside development, this large eatery provides the crackling atmosphere you want from a brasserie like this. Banquettes and a central bar fit the bill décor-wise, while visible ducting and terrazzo flooring lend an industrial edge. Choose from a 4 or 6 course set menu, with a signature dish of scallops, sea buckthorn, XO and celeriac available as an extra. It’s beautiful Norwegian seafood like this, and skrei cod of course, that will be among the highlights of the meal.
