Behind guests, the open kitchen hosts two chefs – Giuseppe Causarano and Antonio Colombo – who create dishes of surprising quality and creativity, where fresh catch naturally takes center stage. Among the standouts that won us over: smoked spaghetti with butter and anchovies, a dish of exceptional creaminess, aromatics, and intensity.
