The design of this restaurant is a real talking point with its striking entrance, modern high-ceilinged interior, polished concrete floors and wood-panelled walls, along with intelligent use of natural light. Spanish chef Oscar Bosch creates technically skilled, carefully presented Mediterranean dishes which are adapted to Brazilian tastes, alongside local specialities. Its signature tapas, varied rice dishes and popular roast suckling pig are all worthy of particular praise.
