The cast of star-studded names at this restaurant includes Lavazza (the restaurant is situated in the Nuvola complex, where there’s also a coffee museum) and one of the most famous and innovative chefs of all time, Spaniard Ferran Adrià (working here as a consultant), as well as the talented Federico Zanasi, the full-time chef at the helm.
