Dishes like the Chef's signature ‘Cold Curry’ (available as an added extra to the tasting menu) showcase his creative heart, but the kitchen's classical technique shines through in highlight dishes like butter-poached skrei cod with pak choi. Dining here is a fun experience, in a space bursting with energy and filled with pumping music; but it might not be the best spot for an intimate romantic date.
